Our accredited in-house induction training has come a long way since Nurseplus was established in 2005. We are proud to provide quality training to all of our staff, including our newest workers and those who have been with Nurseplus through the years.
The advantage of having an in-house training team means that we know exactly what training is being delivered, when and how and we can continuously develop and improve where necessary. We have a network of over 50 qualified trainers delivering our training to candidates throughout the country. All of our trainers bring their own experience and knowledge of care work and the industry to enable the greatest level of support and encouragement to our workforce; allowing them to work in specialised environments with ease and the right skill set.
All of our training is in line with the care certificate; officially launched in March 2015, with the aim of equipping health and social care support workers with the knowledge and skills they need to provide safe, compassionate, quality care and support. Find out more
