As a Nurseplus Healthcare Trainer, your role involves personally delivering our Industry-Leading Mandatory Training to care professionals, including those new to the field and experienced carers and nurses. This training is provided to all staff members to maintain the quality and consistency of care provided by Nurseplus, and to equip our care teams for work in various care settings. It's thanks to our dedicated training team and Healthcare Trainers that we are able to stand apart from other leading recruitment agencies, providing dedicated and passionate care staff to those in need across the nation.
To join Nurseplus as a Healthcare Trainer you will need:
Previous experience in the care sector is preferred.
PTLLS or AET (or equivalent) Teaching Qualification
IQA qualified highly desirable
