On this call we’ll ask you a few simple questions, such as your reasons for wanting to work in care and your ability to travel, then we’ll get you booked in for your interview so we can meet you face-to-face.

One of the most important hiring stages at Nurseplus is when we ask you to provide various documents to support your job application. These will help us move your application forward in the recruitment process and allow us to run Disclosure and Barring checks keeping both you and the people you care for safe at work.
Work references
Employment references are very important to us. That's why we’ll ask you for previous work references to support what we’ve learned about you in the earlier stages of our recruiting process. Your references do not need to be from within a previous healthcare setting, simply references from your past employers are sufficient.
Attend training
One of the best things about Nurseplus is that we offer you our tailored healthcare trainingfor free. We provide this in your local branch and all our applicants are required to attend, no matter what previous care experience you might have. Our training meets the standard of the nationally recognised Care Certificate and, once completed, you’ll be given your official Nurseplus ID badge.
Our mandatory healthcare training is what helps us uphold our care standards and will prepare you for the kind of care services we expect you to deliver. Nurseplus training is something that we believe sets us apart from any other recruitment company you may consider. Not only will our healthcare training set you up for what’s to come on your first shift with us, but it will also give you a chance to meet your fellow carers and your local branch team.
Get ready to work
Now that we’ve met you, you’ve completed your healthcare training and we have all of the information we require, you’ll be ready to work in care establishments near you. All you need to do is tell us when you are ready to start, and your availability then we’ll send you care shifts that work around your lifestyle. It’s as simple as that, you have reached the end of our recruitment process and now officially work with Nurseplus.
