Mandatory Training
We’ve developed a Three-Tiered Healthcare Training Journey that provides all care staff with the essential skills they need to thrive in their roles and provide exceptional quality care. Our training for care workers begins the moment staff enrol, and staff are compensated for their time. When each tier is completed care staff are eligible to work aligning their new skills.
