Mandatory E-learning & Face-to-Face Care Courses
When you first register with Nurseplus you will be enrolled in Tier One of our Training Pathway, the first step and most important step on your learning journey. In these care courses, a mixture of e-learning and face-to-face training, you will be taught essential healthcare skills that will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to work in a range of care settings.

Enhanced Healthcare Courses for Specialist Settings
After completing Tier One in your Training Pathway, you can seek to complete further learning to enhance your care skills. Our Tier Two healthcare courses will equip you to work in more specialised settings such as supported living settings and community care environments where you will need to demonstrate proficient skills and be able to support people with more complex care needs.

All Areas Advanced Healthcare Course Access
To help us continue to support as many people in care as possible, we offer a third and final stage of training. The heatlhcare courses will equip all care staff with the ability to work across all the settings Nurseplus serve. Tier Three healthcare course topics prepare care staff to work in any setting within the Nurseplus residential network of services and homecare as well.

Many of the healthcare settings we support require staff to have completed CPI Training. At Nurseplus we are proud to be able to host regular CPI Training sessions that take place across our network.
