Respite care
Caring for a family member can be hard and taking time for you is imperative to being able to provide great care for others. Respite care is usually short-term and allows you a much-needed break. We know it’s important that your loved one receives the best possible care whilst you are away. We create a bespoke care plan for all our clients so you can enjoy your break with peace of mind.
Emergency/Urgent care
Sometimes care can be needed urgently, life-changing events can happen suddenly and without warning. Emergency or urgent care provides immediate care for situations such as medical deterioration, accidents or the absence of a regular carer. It may be that you or a family member needs emergency care to prevent hospital admission or you need to be discharged from the hospital with a care plan in place quickly. In these scenarios, we will assess your needs and put a support plan into place as quickly as possible.
Supporting younger people
We know that it’s not just the elderly that might require extra support. Our home care packages enable younger people to develop and maintain their independence. Homecare doesn’t stop at the front door - we help young people with additional needs get out into the community, make friends and pursue their hobbies and interests.
Live-in care
Live-in care is having an expertly trained carer live in your home with you. This means that you can receive the 24/7 care you need whilst maintaining your usual routines and hobbies. Live-in care enables you to stay in familiar surroundings with your beloved pets and close to your friends and family. We understand that live-in care is extremely personal. Welcoming someone into your home can be overwhelming and so we do our best to match you with the carer you feel most comfortable with.
Overnight care
Just because the day has come to an end, it doesn’t mean your care has to. If you are caring for a relative or loved one during the day, it’s important you get enough rest at night. We provide sleeping and waking night care services to give you the reassurance that your loved one is getting the right support. From medication management or assistance changing positions to prevent pressure sores through to dementia care, we make sure your relatives get the care they need during the night.
Complex care
We provide high-quality complex care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We provide home care workers and nurses who have experience in supporting individuals with complex healthcare needs including tracheostomy, stoma care, PICC Line, PEG feeding and ventilator support amongst others. From spinal and brain injuries to congenital disease and degenerate conditions, we help and support our clients manage their condition and maintain the lifestyle they choose.
