What You’ll Be Doing
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both teachers and students in the classroom. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with lesson delivery, providing one-to-one or small group support, and helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. You’ll support students with their educational and personal development, assist with classroom organisation, and help manage behaviour in line with school policies. Additionally, you’ll contribute to lesson preparation, ensure a safe and supportive setting, and work collaboratively with teachers to enhance the overall learning experience.
What We’re Looking For
- You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
- 6 month’s experience in teaching environment.
- NVQ Diploma Level 2 or 3 is desirable.
- A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
- A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
