How does it work?

1. The initial phase is about taking the time to learn as much as we can about your specific challenges, requirements and expectations. This can include a deep dive into everything from systems to processes and data sources.

2. From the discovery phase we will produce an audit that gives you valuable insights into our findings.

3. Our recommendations will be fully costed with timescales, savings targets and key deliverables. Our managed services are underpinned with a savings plan and model to reflect a joint commitment to making savings for our partner organisations.

5. Once a solution is deployed and savings start to be delivered, the hard work doesn’t stop. Your account management team will constantly review reports, processes and procedures to make further recommendations on how to save money and improve our service.

Rate Management: Benchmarking information and our market intelligence will provide transparency of existing pay and charge rates, allowing the introduction of new, more competitive rates.

VAT efficiencies: We have developed a 'Direct Engagement' service, which offers VAT efficiency savings in scenarios where suppliers do not apply the nursing agencies VAT concession. Savings can be achieved in week one.

Online Timesheets: Support Source ensures all parts of the process are recorded and key data will be hard coded into the system; securing a less than 1% monthly average of disputed timesheets.

Consolidated Invoicing: Support Source consolidates all spend throughout the supply chain, issuing a weekly or monthly consolidated invoice - replacing the need for one timesheet per worker per agency.

Adaptive: COVID-19

Flag Candidates: With an increasing desire to only engage with workers that have received their Covid-19 vaccine, our online booking system can easily flag those workers that have received one or both vaccines and their date of vaccination.

Track Recent Tests: All PCR swab tests or lateral flow tests can be stored and made reportable from a candidate's profile. Parameters can also be set to ensure vaccinated and regularly tested workers are highlighted for review ahead of other candidates.

Monitor worker movements: Support Source enables you to monitor worker movements and ensure there has been a sufficient interval between care settings. Candidates can also be asked to 'self declare', to reduce any risk to you and your service users.

Our service is a complete, fully integrated, end-to-end master vendor solution for the supply of a temporary agency workforce. Utilising our Vendor Management System - Support Source, we will wholly manage your supply chain, flexing to your bespoke needs and requirements.

Supply Chain: As part of the discovery phase of our service, we utilise an up-to-date report of your current supply chain and conduct thorough supplier health checks to ensure you are only engaging trusted recruitment partners

Reasons for Hire: Hiring Managers are required to provide a 'reason' for requesting an agency worker from a predefined (customisable) list. Spend can be attributed accordingly and problem areas can be quickly addressed

Full integration: We will work with your IT department and third-party software providers to seamlessly integrate our service into your existing infrastructure.

Real-time information: Support Source offers a comprehensive suite of real-time management information reports that can be easily adapted per user.

Budget Management: Using a consultative and informed approach, we can offer you complete visibility of your temporary staffing spend and activity by cost centre, department or manager.

Compliance and Governance Support

In our role as a master vendor, we will proactively manage and monitor the supply chain in situ to ensure they comply with our policies and procedures and those specific to you. This will be fully supported by our robust supply chain sub-contractor agreements and on-boarding documentation. Furthermore, our Quality Assurance team support by undertaking regular audits of our supply chain partners, to ensure we have selected the right agencies to support the agreement.

Our solution enables greater consistency of selection criteria, rates and management of contingent workers. Compliance with Agency Workers Regulations is also assured.
