We are delighted to be able to offer our training externally.

Our approach to training has developed over time and has been updated and improved not only on changing legislation but based on what our clients and staff want. Our training is delivered not only on an academic basis but also through the application and development of theoretical models, whilst constantly measuring outcomes and experiences.

The advantage of having an in-house training team means that we know exactly what training is being delivered, when and how and we can continuously develop and improve where necessary. All of our trainers bring their own experience and knowledge of care work and the industry to enable the greatest level of support and encouragement to our workforce; allowing them to work in specialised environments with ease and the right skills set.

We offer frequent training days to ensure flexibility from 56 locations throughout the UK. All of our training meets the requirements of the Care Certificate induction Standards which enables Health and Social workers to work with clients and provide safe and quality care.

We cover many different training courses including basic mandatory training for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Nurses.
